245 tables, two halls

The Fremont Center and Heritage Hall fill with collector arms, militaria, knives, ammunition, reloading gear, optics and western Americana — laid out across a hard cap of 245 tables so the aisles stay walkable.

Free youth shooting range

Run on-site with the National Wild Turkey Federation. In 2026 it drew 98 young shooters — nearly double what we planned for — every one of them coached one-on-one by certified volunteers. See the youth program.

Who we are

A family organization, first

The WWCA is, above all, a family-oriented organization. We believe that hunting and shooting sports offer a unique opportunity to instill discipline, ethics, and a profound respect for safety in our youth.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit run entirely by volunteer members. The Memorial Weekend Gun Show is our one gathering of the whole year and our single fundraiser — which is exactly why we keep table prices reasonable and put the proceeds back into youth education and safety programs.

  • 501(c)(3) non-profit in good standing
  • Youth memberships from $8 a year
  • Member table rates at the annual show
  • Funding for NWTF JAKES youth memberships

Tables are capped at 245 for 2027

After an expanded 2026 floor stretched our layout, security and volunteers thin, the board set a hard cap: 245 tables, no exceptions. Everyone — members and non-members alike — must pre-register in advance. There will be no walk-up tables.

Pre-register by March 15, 2027.
