Vendor Tables & Youth Program

245 tables across two halls, and a free youth shooting range for the next generation. Everything you need to know before the 2027 show.

The 2027 table cap

The floor is limited to a maximum of 245 tables, with no exceptions.

In 2026 we expanded across both the Fremont Center and Heritage Hall. It worked for the vendors, but it stretched our layout, our gate security and our volunteer crew past what a handful of people can carry. Last-minute table requests — however much our show chairman wanted to say yes to them — made all three of those problems worse.

Everyone pre-registers. Members and non-members alike. A table reservation form must be submitted in advance, by March 15, 2027. There will be no walk-up tables and no day-of additions.

Once 245 tables are spoken for, we stop. Reserving early is the only way to guarantee both a table and your choice of location on the floor.

What a table costs

2027 table rates are announced when registration opens. Members always pay less than non-members — typically by about $15 a table — so if you are planning to take a table, joining the association first usually pays for a good part of itself.

The show is the association's only fundraiser of the year, and we deliberately keep table prices reasonable rather than charging what the market would bear.

Show rules

  • The 80% rule. At least 80% of your table inventory must be firearms, knives, ammunition, or directly related accessories. This is a collector gun show, and the floor needs to read like one.
  • Pre-registration is mandatory for every vendor, member or not, by March 15, 2027.
  • All federal, state and local firearms law applies on the floor, without exception.
  • Dues must be current to claim the member table rate.
  • Tables are assigned from the reservation list. Reserve early for your choice of spot.
  • Cancellations after the published refund date are not refundable — the date is printed on your reservation form.

Questions about rules, layout or a last-minute problem on show weekend go to the show chairman directly.

Why take a table

What the show does for vendors

Cash on the floor

We put two monitored ATMs directly in the halls — one in the Fremont Center, one in Heritage Hall — so buyers never have to leave the building to find money. In 2026 they moved well north of $20,000 onto the trade tables across 87 transactions.

A buying crowd

Memorial Day weekend in Riverton draws collectors from across Wyoming and from Colorado, Montana and beyond. This is a destination show for people who came specifically to buy, sell and trade.

A table raffle on top

Every table purchased earns an entry into the vendor table raffle drawn during the show — our thank-you to the dealers who make the weekend happen.

A team effort

We need volunteers for 2027

The WWCA runs entirely on volunteers, and the core crew is stretched thin. If you value this association — or want to get your kids or grandkids involved — these are the jobs we need filled:

Friday evening meal

Setup, serving and cleanup on setup night.

Door & security helpers

Greeting attendees and handing out wristbands at the entrance. A genuinely good job for responsible kids and teens.

Flyer distribution

Posting flyers in your own community, or keeping a stack of WWCA flyers on your table at other regional shows through the year.

Social media & teardown

Keeping our Facebook page shared and active year-round, and group labor for Sunday afternoon pack-up.

To volunteer, contact Secretary/Treasurer Maralyne Middour by text or phone at (307) 349-4914 or email WWCA@wyoming.com.

The Youth Shooting Range

One kid, one coach, one bullseye

The range is a professionally structured Daisy BB gun setup run inside the Fremont Center Classroom, right off the show floor. Every child who steps up gets one-on-one coaching from a certified safety instructor before they ever touch a trigger. Targets are officially scored.

We planned for up to 50 participants in 2026. Ninety-eight showed up — from across Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. One family brought all seven of their children. One young boy walked off the line beaming with the particular confidence that only comes from hitting what you aimed at.

It is free. It has always been free. It is the clearest expression of what this association is actually for.

A powerhouse partnership

Built with the NWTF

Joan Eisemann

Vice President of the Wyoming National Wild Turkey Federation, lifetime WWCA member, and a Wyoming Game & Fish Hunter Safety Senior Instructor who trains the state's new instructors. She spearheaded the range and brought it to life.

Women in the Outdoors

Certified safety coaches from the local WITO chapter — John Christiansen, Trystan Gorley and Ashton Gorley — worked the line one child at a time, all weekend.

Dubois Cabin Fever NWTF

Sheryl and John Weber of the Dubois Cabin Fever chapter brought the range equipment and the volunteer hours that made 98 shooters possible.

Where the money went. The WWCA funded 73 brand-new NWTF JAKES youth memberships for participants at $10 each — an initial $300 donation followed by a further $183.50, with our local NWTF chapter partners covering the balance. The partnership worked both directions: the Wyoming NWTF doubled its statewide JAKES youth membership off the back of this one weekend.

Top marksmen

Competition at the top of the leaderboard was fierce, and our members and business partners donated genuinely serious prizes for the top five. Only first names are published here, out of respect for the families.
